Definitely put your drugs in here. The "NOT DRUGS" panel is hand stamped. The pouch is approximately 7.5 x 6.5 when closed. It has FOUR pockets inside— three that measure approximately 7 x 6 inches, and one smaller 3.5 x 4.5 inch pocket. The pouch shuts with a magnetic snap.
