Ever Jane Boutique is a gorgeous shop full of gorgeous things in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk, VA. Cat is the owner, and Sav is the manager. They're both rad women with great taste, and you should take the opportunity to go say "hi" and maybe snag yourself something cool.
